Open Meditation Circle
On Tuesday evenings we meet at 20:00 to sit and meditate together. Everybody is welcomed to join in and share what is going on for him/her if wanted. It is so incredibly helpful to meditate together in a group regularly. The meditations are in silence and unguided. We mostly begin by reading a chapter of a meditation book, then sit for 20 minutes, do a walking meditation and sit another 20 minutes. Afterwards we mostly have a chat and tea together.
